Closing out our twin-stage Downtown House Party is international rising star, Quinn Sullivan. 17-year-old Sullivan has quickly gained a reputation as one of the most talented emerging blues guitarists of the next generation.  Sullivan first garnered national attention at the age of six after performing rendition of the Isley Brothers’ classic “Twist & Shout” on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, Sullivan’s career really kicked off in 2007, after blues legend Buddy Guy invited then-7-year-old Quinn on stage. Guy first heard the youngster’s extraordinarily advanced abilities during a pre-show backstage visit.  Buddy then asked Quinn to record some guitar tracks for his GRAMMY-nominated 2008 album “Skin Deep”. No doubt meant as an answer to the question posed by the track’s provocative title, Quinn’s solo can be heard on “Who’s Gonna Fill Those Shoes?”

Quinn then quickly exploded onto the national television scene making appearances on Late Night and The Tonight Show, and ever since has been sharing stages with legendary players such as the late B.B. King, Eric Clapton, Joe Bonamassa and Los Lobos at iconic U.S. venues. Quinn Sullivan is now a veteran of numerous tours throughout America and Europe, and has released 3 studio albums, including his newest hit, “Midnight Highway”, which was recorded at legendary Blackbird Studio. Don’t miss Quinn Sullivan as he ends our Downtown House Party with a bang!
